Amnesty International team in Bahrain
An Amnesty International fact-finding team has today arrived in Bahrain for a week-long research trip.
Their key research objectives are to investigate:
- use of force by Bahrain government and other security forces;
- allegations of attacks targeting migrant workers; and
- arrests and detentions, including of prisoners of conscience and people charged in connection with recent protests,
