Labour and Labels

This lesson aims to familiarize students with the geographical distribution of various economic activities and the impact of economic development on the realisation of human rights standards. It encourages students to examine the human rights issues affecting workers in less developed countries - including low wages, removal of union rights, and poor health and safety conditions - and to consider what action we can take to address this global imbalance.

Labour and Labels
