Amnesty International has called for the release of an Iranian student
leader whose arrest and detention have inspired men to cover their hair
in an online solidarity photo campaign.
Mosleh Zamani was hanged on Thursday morning, along with four other unidentified prisoners. He was sentenced to death in 2006 for allegedly raping his girlfriend when he was 17.

In a new report, Amnesty International says that killings by police officers, often of young people who have either
