Amnesty International’s Preliminary Observations and Recommendations on the elements for the draft legally binding instrument on business and human rights
Ahead of the third meeting of the open-ended intergovernmental working group on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights, Amnesty International lays out its preliminary observations and recommendation on the elements for a legally binding treaty published by Ecuador, and calls on all states to participate and engage constructively in the negotiations.
