Amnesty International provides the following information to the United Nations Human Rights Committee ahead of the adoption of the list of issues for the third periodic report of Cambodia at its 129th session, in June 2020. In this document, Amnesty International sets out its concerns about the implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) by Cambodia, focusing in particular on the rights of people who use drugs and other matters of concern to the organization.
