Mohieddine Derouiche, a former Imam and a member of the banned Islamic Salvation Front (FIS), and his brothers Ali and Tahar, were arrested on 19 July. A fourth brother, Ahmed Derouiche, was arrested on 27 July. Mohamed Yassine Simozrag, the 22-year-old son of a lawyer active in political cases, was arrested on 23 July.
