Amnesty International's appeal to all governments to end impunity for the worst crimes known to humanity
Amnesty International is calling on all governments to take steps towards ending impunity and in doing so to ensure that their countries are not safe havens for the perpetrators of such crimes as genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, torture, extrajudicial execution and "disappearances".
