This document provides some suggestions to the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights, on how to tackle extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions at regional level. It also welcomes the unanimous decision of the African Commission in April 1994 to establish the mechanism of a Special Raporteur.
