Macedonia: "Where are they now"? Their families need to know! Alleged "disappearances" and abductions in 2001
In Macedonia, January 2001, hostilities broke out between the security forces and insurgents of an ethnic Albanian armed group calling itself the National Liberation Army. This report examines the cases of 16 men who have "disappeared" or were abducted and are feared murdered, perpetrated by both sides of the conflict.
