Croatia: Mirko Graorac: Shortchanging justice - war crimes trials in former Yugoslavia
On 22 April 1998 the Split County Court found ethnic Serb Mirko Graorac guilty of committing war crimes in 1992. However, there is evidence his trial was unfair and this document provides details of the trial proceedings and demonstrates how they failed to meet international standards.
