This report examines developments since the organization’s publication of two documents detailing Amnesty International’s concerns about allegations of ill-treatment and beating in custody in Armenia. Since then AI has received no substantive response to its repeated expressions of concern, and regrets that further allegations of ill-treatment have come to light.
