Russian Federation: Young man disappeared in North Caucasus: Rustam Aushev
On 17 February 2012, a man was forcibly disappeared at a railway station in the North Caucasus, en route from Russia to Belarus. His family has reportedly seen CCTV footage of him being taken away and believes he has been abducted by members of security forces. His life may be in danger.
