France: Fear of forcible return/Fear of torture: Adel Tebourski (m)
Tunisian national, Adel Tebourski, aged 42, is at imminent risk of being forcibly returned to Tunisia by the French authorities. Should he be returned, he could be charged under anti-terrorism legislation, and would be at grave risk of torture and other serious human rights violations. He could be deported at any time.
