The document also refers to political and legislative developments. Concerns expressed include enforced disappearances; prison conditions; torture and ill-treatment; domestic violence; lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights; and access to housing, particularly for those adults who were orphaned as children and denied the rights to adequate housing.
