The pictures in this document tell the courageous stories of different families in Central Asia who have lost their loved ones to torture, injustice or an unfair trial. They had to turn into activists overnight and hope that one day justice will prevail. They are ceaselessly fighting for investigations into these abuses and to get their men back home.
