Malaysia: Fear of refoulement
Twenty-seven Acehnese asylum seekers in Malaysia are in danger of being forcibly returned to Aceh province in Indonesia, where they could be at risk of serious human rights violations, such as "disappearance", incommunicado detention, torture and extrajudicial execution.
