China: Further information: Chen Guangcheng’s nephew still detained: Chen Kegui
Chen Kegui, nephew of human rights activist Chen Guangcheng, has been detained since 30 April. Yesterday, Amnesty International was informed that police have submitted Chen Kegui’s case to the prosecuting officials. As such, he could face trial soon. He still has no access to his lawyers or family. He is at risk of torture or ill-treatment in custody.
