Guyana: One incommunicado and two tortured
According to press reports, a 20 year-old man, Nouravie Wilfred, is being held incommunicado without charge by police in Guyana. He may have been ill-treated following his detention in relation to a murder investigation, and is at risk of torture or other ill-treatment. A 15-year-old boy and another man have been tortured in police custody during the same investigation.
