Colombia: Open letter to Presidential Candidates: What will you do to protect the human rights of all Colombians?
In this open letter to Presidential candidates, Amnesty International poses a series of questions covering two broad issues which go to the heart of Colombia’s internal armed conflict. First, the repeated failure of all the parties to the conflict to protect civilians from the human rights consequences of the conflict and second, the vexed question of impunity.
