Canada: Summary of recommendations from Amnesty International briefing to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination
In this document Amnesty International recommends that Canada make a declaration recognizing the jurisdiction of the Committee to receive individual petitions alleging breaches of the Convention.
