Argentina: The Full Stop and Due Obedience Laws and International Law.
This report provides information on the Argentinian court rulings, stating that the Full Stop and Due Obedience Laws are unconstitutional, and are incompatible with international law and the duty of the Argentinian courts of justice to investigate and bring to justice the perpetrators of gross violations of human rights committed under military rule between 1976 and 1983.
