Togo: Open letter to Mr Jacques Chirac, President of the French Republic
In this letter Amnesty International brings to the attention of the French President the lack of investigation into the extrajudicial execution of human rights defender Tavio Amorin in 1992 and the continuing pattern of human rights abuses perpetrated by the Togolese security forces with impunity.
