This document provides an update on the trial of Father Hillary Boma and 25 others who are on trial for alleged involvement with explosions in Khartoum in June 1998. At present the trial remains suspended indefinitely but Amnesty International is still concerned that should it be allowed to continue the defendants will be found guilty and could face the death penalty.
