There are fears that preparations are underway to forcibly return around 765 Rwandese refugees in the coming days to Rwanda, where they would be at risk of serious human rights violations. There is also concern that around 470 refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) may also be at risk of refoulement.
