Cameroon: Extrajudicial executions in North and far-North Provinces
This document gives details of the increasing number of extrajudicial executions carried out by the security forces in Cameroon who, since March 1998 have been carrying out a special operation to crackdown on armed robberies in the region. They appear to be operating outside the law without any accountability to the judicial authorities.
