Angola: Will the new government protect human rights?
This report updates information presented in the report "Angola: An appeal for prompt action to protect human rights" (AFR 12/02/92, 6 May 1992). It provides details of further abuses allegedly committed by both government and UNITA forces and gives AI's recommendations for prevention of further violations.
