David Stamps

David, who is from the United States, is a businessperson and fundraising consultant. He recently served six years on the International Financial Control Committee. Prior to that he served on the Board of Directors of Amnesty International USA for seven years, including five as treasurer and one as vice-chair. While on the Amnesty International USA board he chaired the Audit, Budget and Investment Committees. He was elected to the IEC in August 2007.
