The above-named, aged 58 years, has spent most of the last 32 years in detention and has suffered a marked deterioration of health. He is reported to suffer from tuberculosis, arthritis and kidney and liver problems. He does not appear to have access to regular medical attention and is said to be provided with very little food or clothing.
