Boma Augustine Fingesi was arrested by the police on 15 October 2008. On 13 January 2009, the court granted Boma Augustine Fingesi bail. However, the police did not release him and no explanation was received. At the time of writing, there has been no sign of Boma Augustine Fingesi. In this document Amnesty International expresses its concern about the whereabouts of Boma Augustine Fingesi, asks why he was not released on bail and demands an investigation into his enforced disappearance.
