Amnesty International is concerned that Omar Ibrahim Dagah has been ill-treated and may be at risk of torture or ill-treatment in incommunicado detention. He was arrested on 27 August 1999, reportedly by the Political Security branch of the security forces after an explosion in the Tuwahi area of Aden.
