In this submission, Amnesty International provides information as stipulated in the General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the Universal Periodic Review. Amnesty International raises concern over the violation of guarantees in Paraguay’s Constitution and international standards to protect the rights of Indigenous Peoples. The organization also expresses concerns about violations of the rights of Indigenous Peoples with regard to traditional lands, healthcare and water and sanitation.
