Ethiopia: Comments on Draft Charities and Societies Proclamation

This brief Comment looks at some of the most repressive provisions of the Draft Charities and Societies Proclamation in light of the obligations and commitments of Ethiopia under international and regional human rights treaties to which the country is a state party.
